At ACRO CAPITAL, we take pride in ensuring the health and happiness of our corals, right from our doorstep to yours. With our meticulously honed packing techniques, we boast an exceptional success rate of nearly 99% when shipping our corals.

In the rare event that your order, or an individual coral, doesn't thrive during its journey, fear not. We stand by our commitment to your satisfaction. You'll receive a credit towards your next order via a gift certificate, as we believe in offering solutions rather than refunds.

Please note, that cancellation requests may incur a nominal 3% CC/Paypal processing fee deduction. This fee, unfortunately, is non-refundable as per our processors' policies.

Should you encounter any deceased corals upon delivery, kindly notify us via email within 4 hours, and hold onto the specimens as we may request photos for assessment. Your credit will be valid for a generous 6 months.

While we do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances, we ensure transparency and promptness in addressing canceled orders or coupon errors, typically reflected within 1-2 weeks on your billing statement.

We cater to intermediate to advanced reefing enthusiasts, and while we're here to assist, please understand that we cannot be held liable for acclimation errors or general care oversights. Feel free to reach out with any queries; our team is dedicated to your success.

In rare instances, we may request photos or even coral skeletons for evaluation purposes. However, unauthorized chargebacks constitute fraud and will be dealt with accordingly.

For your security, we strictly ship to the billing address and cardholder. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the evaluation of stressed or damaged corals for potential DOA claims.

Even in the face of challenges, our commitment remains unwavering. DOA's in our Free Ship Frag Packs will be compensated with store credit equivalent to the discounted pack price, and whenever feasible, we'll include replacement corals with your subsequent orders.
